Position Details:

Position: Scrum Master / Technology Project Manager

Experience: 4–6 Years

Location: Mumbai (Local candidates only – Mumbai to Mumbai)

Employment Type: Permanent

Budget should not exceed more than 20 LPA , Only Immediate joiners

Certification Required:

Agile Certified Scrum Master (CSM) – Mandatory

Key Skills & Expertise:

Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and hands-on implementation

Facilitate daily scrums, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives

Coach teams in Agile best practices

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Remove blockers, coordinate across teams, ensure timely project delivery

Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills

Responsibilities:

Act as Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams and ensure adherence to Agile principles

Manage technology projects from initiation to closure, delivered on time and within scope

Work closely with product owners, developers, QA, and other stakeholders

Identify risks and work proactively to resolve issues

Track and report project progress and metrics to senior management

Foster a collaborative, motivated, and high-performing team environment
