Roles &

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including tasks Planning, Daily Stand-ups, tasks Reviews, and Retrospectives
• Enable and scale Agile practices across

  technical and non-technical teams

• Coach teams on Agile values, Scrum framework, and

  Lean/Frugal delivery principles

• Remove impediments related to tools, dependencies, environments, communication gaps, and cross-team coordination
• Work closely all Stakeholders to ensure

  clear, well-defined, and achievable work items

• Support teams in breaking down work into manageable, value-driven deliverables
• Track and improve delivery metrics such as sprint predictability, cycle time, quality, and team productivity
• Promote continuous improvement while keeping processes

  simple, lightweight, and outcome-focused

• Ensure transparency and effective reporting through Agile metrics and dashboards
• Foster collaboration between technical teams (development & QA) and non-technical teams (operations, business, support, etc.)

Requirements

• 5 years of experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• 1- 2+ years of experience as a Scrum Master supporting one or more teams
• Experience working with

  both technical and non-technical teams

• Good understanding of SDLC; knowledge of STLC is an added advantage
• Ability to adapt Agile practices based on team maturity and business needs
• Strong facilitation, communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills
• Proven ability to simplify processes and eliminate unnecessary overhead
• Scrum Master certification (CSM / PSM) preferred
