Scrum Master

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as

  Scrum Master

  for multiple Agile teams delivering Salesforce and B2B E-commerce solutions.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including

  Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives

  .
• Ensure adherence to

  Scrum and Agile best practices

  , driving continuous improvement and team maturity.
• Act as a servant leader by

  removing impediments

  , managing dependencies, and enabling high-performing teams.
• Collaborate closely with

  Product Owners, Architects, Developers, QA, and Business Stakeholders

  .
• Manage cross-team coordination in large enterprise programs, especially within

  CPG digital commerce initiatives

  .
• Track and report delivery metrics such as

  velocity, burn-down/burn-up charts, and release readiness

  .
• Support release planning, roadmap alignment, and stakeholder communication across business and technology teams.
  
• Coach teams on Agile mindset, estimation techniques, and backlog refinement.
  

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as a

  Scrum Master

  in

  Salesforce or B2B E-commerce

  projects.
• Strong understanding of

  Agile / Scrum frameworks

  , estimation, and delivery governance.

• Mandatory experience in the CPG industry

  , supporting digital commerce, merchandising, or supply-chaindriven programs.
• Excellent

  communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management

  skills.
• Experience working with geographically distributed and cross-functional teams.
  
• Hands-on experience managing enterprise-scale Agile programs.
