India s 1st storage & asset management platform is looking for a dynamic and self-motivated

Scrum Master

to facilitate Agile ceremonies, remove impediments, and guide our teams in delivering high-quality products efficiently. The Scrum Master will act as a servant leader, ensuring Scrum principles are understood, embraced, and effectively applied.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

Coach the team, Product Owner, and organization on Agile/Scrum principles, practices, and values.

Promote a culture of continuous improvement, transparency, and collaboration.

Ensure sprints are planned effectively and deliverables meet the Definition of Done (DoD).

Remove roadblocks and coordinate with stakeholders to resolve dependencies.

Track and report progress using Agile metrics (velocity, burndown charts, etc.).

Act as a bridge between development teams, Product Owners, and management.

Maintain clear communication on project status, risks, and timelines.

Help manage product backlogs and priorities in alignment with business goals.

Encourage self-organization and accountability within the team.

Foster a safe environment for open discussion, conflict resolution, and innovation.

Mentor team members in Agile best practices and mindset.

Your Skills and Experience:

Bachelor s/Master s degree in Technology, Engineering, Computer Science or a related technical field.

2-5 years of proven experience as a Scrum Master.

Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum and Kanban.

Excellent facilitation, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

Experience with Agile project management tools (Jira, Trello, Azure DevOps, etc.).

Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) is a plus.

Servant Leadership Guides without dictating.

Adaptability Comfortable in fast-changing environments.

Problem Solving Proactively removes obstacles and reduces bottlenecks.

Analytical Thinking Uses data and metrics to drive improvement.

Collaboration Builds trust and alignment across teams.
