Job Description

The Job:

At Digiboxx, we re revolutionizing the way people manage their digital assets. Were on the lookout for a talented Automation Tester to help us ensure our software is top-notch and delivers a seamless experience for our users.

As an Automation Tester, you ll be a key player in our dynamic team, focusing on designing, developing, and executing automated tests. Your work will ensure our software runs smoothly and efficiently. You ll collaborate closely with our development and QA teams, playing a critical role in driving continuous improvement in our testing processes.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Design & Develop:
Create automated test scripts using Selenium and other tools.
Execute Tests:
Run automated tests, analyze results, and ensure software quality.
Collaborate:
Work with developers to understand application features and functionality.
Documentation:
Maintain test plans, cases, and scripts, and report bugs in real-time using JIRA.
Review & Analyze:
Participate in software requirements and specification reviews.
Compatibility Testing:
Ensure our software works across various platforms including operating systems, browsers, and mobile devices.
Performance Testing:
Develop and execute performance, load, and stress tests using tools like JMeter.
Continuous Improvement:
Enhance the test automation framework and processes regularly.

Your Skills and Experience:

3+ years in Automation Testing or a similar role.
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
Proficiency in designing, executing, and maintaining automated test scripts using Selenium.
Strong programming skills in Java, Python, or C#.
Familiarity with Agile methodology and Scrum Framework.
Knowledge of other automation tools like JMeter or LoadRunner.
Experience in database testing and writing SQL queries.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and critical thinking abilities.
A collaborative mindset and the ability to work well in cross-functional teams.
A commitment to continuous improvement and staying updated with industry trends.
