Job Description

Your role Key Responsibilities Coaching the team following Scrum, general Agile principles & practices and self-management
Facilitating the removal of impediments to the team s progress and following up tracking dependencies
Ensuring that all team events take place, they are productive and kept within the timebox
Being the facilitator of the team during workshops to achieve desirable outcomes
Creating the environment for continuous improvement, supporting the overall agile transformation
Together with the Product Owner and the team members, you create the roadmap and plan the releases for the products being built
You prepare Quarterly objectives together with Product Owner and Stakeholders and ensure they are in line with teams capacity
Ensuring that the backlog is always up to date, refined, prioritized, and ready for the upcoming sprints
Track and communicate team performance using defined metrics and KPIs and find ways of improvement
Collaborate with stakeholders and end users through workshops and interviews to analyze and document business requirements, functional requirements, and non-functional requirements
Translate high-level business requirements into detailed user stories with clear acceptance criteria
Create and maintain functional specifications, process flows, data models, and user interface mockups as needed
You support the testing and quality check of the products to maintain high quality deliverables
You ensure that the team members create clear documentation for the work being performed
You engage with our existing and future stakeholders and help in training and adoption of the products being created by the team
You are flexible with working hours to meet the needs of the business in the CET time zone
To succeed, you will need Candidate Profile The ideal candidate will have a good blend of business and technical IT skills
Specific requirements for this position include: Over all 8 + yrs of experience
You have at least 5 years of experience working on IT projects
You possess in-depth knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology
You have at least 3 years of experience as a scrum master in an Agile IT development team
Being a Certified Scrum Master is a plus
You have at least 3 years of experience as a business or functional analyst Having experience in working with Data products and teams would be a plus You can use tools to accommodate efficient collaborations (Confluence, Jira, Teams, )
Having experience with Scaling frameworks and processes would be a plus
You are proficient in English, both written and oral
You have a basic knowledge of DevOps practices Experience of working in a large international industrial company is a plus
Competence You like to be challenged and are enthusiastic, proactive, and passionate about the agile way of working
You are a servant leader with excellent people and coaching skills
Proven ability to facilitate discussions and resolve conflicts constructively
You have the ability to break down complex problems and processes into manageable parts
Excellent interpersonal communication, and presentation skills (both written and verbal) are a must
You can pay meticulous attention to detail in requirements of gathering and documentation
You consider the team to be more than just the sum of the members
You can inspire the team and motivate them to grow
When there is a difference of opinion, you get the team back on track
You are a strong organizer eg, in planning, coordinating, time management, risk management
You understand the dynamics of change management, support, service, and you consider continuous improvement, thinking outside the box and ahead of a given
