Scrum Master

• We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Scrum Master to lead our ERP product development project
• The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development and a deep understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly the Scrum framework
• You will be responsible for guiding a team of engineers through the full software development lifecycle, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of projects

Your future duties and responsibilities:

• Responsibilities:Act as Scrum Master for ERP product development teams
• Drive end-to-end project delivery from planning to execution
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and ensure adherence to Agile principles
• Demonstrate servant leadership by supporting and empowering team members
• Lead release planning, sprint planning, estimation, and execution
• Proactively identify and resolve impediments affecting team performance
• Communicate project risks, status, and issues to stakeholders effectively
• Coach and mentor team members to foster a high-performance culture
• Conduct interviews and support hiring and succession planning
• Promote continuous improvement and implement best practices
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and face audits confidently
• Must-Have Skills:Proven experience as a Scrum Master (minimum 3 years)
• Strong understanding of Scrum roles, events, and artifacts
• Solid foundation in Agile principles and practices
• Excellent leadership and team-building capabilities
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
• Experience in software development (Java preferred)
• Familiarity with project management tools (e g , Jira, Confluence)
• Good-to-Have Skills:Experience in ERP product development
• Exposure to DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
• Experience with quality audits and process improvement initiatives
• Familiarity with productivity and performance management techniques
