We are seeking a

Junior Scrum Master

with 3+ years of hands-on experience in Agile and Scrum methodologies. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to guide cross-functional teams toward successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Apply Agile principles, values, and frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) to support planning, execution, and delivery.
Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
Mentor and support teams in adopting Agile practices and mindsets.
Track progress and team performance, identify improvement areas, and implement best practices.
Organize product demos, sprint reviews, and testing activities.
Remove team impediments and foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
Maintain clear documentation and report project status and KPIs to stakeholders.
Ensure effective use of tools like Jira, Trello, ClickUp, or equivalent for task and workflow management.

Key Requirements

3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar Agile project role.
Working knowledge of Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban.
Proficiency with Agile tools such as Jira, Trello, or ClickUp.
Familiarity with collaboration platforms like Slack, Notion, or Monday.com.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, timelines, and deliverables.
Proven leadership skills and the ability to motivate and guide teams.
Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
Experience tracking and reporting KPIs, team velocity, and other Agile metrics.
Ability to break down work into epics, user stories, and actionable tasks.
