Were Hiring: Sr. Manager – Projects (Solar EPC – Rooftop & Ground Mount | Civil)

We are a fast-growing Solar EPC company seeking an experienced Sr. Manager – Projects to lead rooftop and ground-mounted solar projects from planning to commissioning.

Role: Sr. Manager – Projects (Solar EPC)

Qualification: B.Tech (Civil)

Experience: 3–4 years of solar EPC project execution (Rooftop & Ground Mount)

Key Responsibilities & Skills:

* End-to-end execution of rooftop and ground-mounted solar EPC projects

* Strong vendor, contractor & subcontractor management

* Effective site coordination across civil, electrical, and commissioning teams

* Experience in HT substations, evacuation systems & grid connectivity

* Planning, scheduling, and progress monitoring to meet timelines and budgets

* Ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and statutory norms

* Coordination with DISCOMs, clients, and consultants
