As a seasoned Project Manager with a strong background in civil engineering and proven experience in managing luxury bungalow and villa projects, your role will involve the following key responsibilities: - Lead and manage end-to-end execution of bungalow and villa construction projects. - Coordinate with architects, contractors, vendors, and site engineers to ensure timely delivery. - Monitor project progress, budgets, and resource allocation. - Ensure adherence to safety standards, quality benchmarks, and regulatory compliance. - Resolve site-level issues and maintain clear communication with stakeholders. - Prepare and present project reports to senior management.
