About the Role: ConstroTech Associate LLP is looking for an experienced and results-driven Project Manager (Civil) to lead and oversee multiple construction projects from planning through execution. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil project management, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to coordinate between engineering teams, clients, and contractors to deliver quality results on time and within budget. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in construction safety regulations, risk assessment, and incident management. This role is critical in promoting a safe work culture and ensuring compliance with legal and company safety standards. Key Responsibilities: 1. Project Coordination & Planning Review and validate MEP designs (Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting & Compressor systems) in the pre-construction phase. Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, consultants, and contractors for seamless MEP integration. Plan and monitor project milestones and execution schedules. Lead MEP coordination meetings to resolve conflicts and align disciplines. 2. Site Supervision & Execution Supervise day-to-day installation of MEP systems on-site.
