About the Role: ConstroTech Associate LLP is looking for an experienced and results-driven Project Manager (Civil) to lead and oversee multiple construction projects from planning through execution. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil project management, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to coordinate between engineering teams, clients, and contractors to deliver quality results on time and within budget. Key Responsibilities: Plan, execute, and manage civil construction projects from start to finish Prepare project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation plans Supervise site activities and ensure adherence to architectural and structural drawings Coordinate with consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams for smooth execution Should have Knowledge of MEP work execution & Billing Enforce HSE compliance and promote a culture of safety and quality on site. Monitor progress, quality, safety, and cost control at all project stages Conduct regular site visits and review meetings to resolve technical issues Maintain project documentation, including DPRs, billing, and BOQs Ensure timely approvals, material procurement, and compliance with regulatory norms Report project status to management and stakeholders at regular intervals Supervision project work from Civil stage at commencement to commissioning Qualifications & Skills: Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s preferred) B.E.
