Job Summary:

• We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor (QS) Engineer with 3-5years of experience in the High raise Residential/ Commercial building.

• The ideal candidate will be responsible for cost estimation, BBS, RCC, and Finishing, Rate analysis, project budgeting for residential and commercial projects.

• You will play a critical role in ensuring the financial success and contractual integrity of ongoing and upcoming developments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cost Estimation & Budgeting: Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets based on project drawings and specifications. Assist in preparing cash flow forecasts and cost plans.
• Tendering & Procurement Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQs), tender documents, and assist in
• evaluating contractor bids. Support the procurement of subcontractors, materials, and services.
• Cost Control & Monitoring Monitor project costs to ensure adherence to the budget. Track variations, value engineering opportunities, and provide cost reports.
• Site Coordination Liaise with site engineers, contractors, and consultants for measurement and verification. Conduct site visits to assess progress and verify work done for payments.
• Reporting Prepare regular cost and progress reports for internal and external stakeholders . Provide input on cost implications of design changes and project scope revisions.
• Qualifications & Skills : Bachelors degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field 3-5 years of relevant experience in the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
• Proficient in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and QS software. Excellent analytical, negotiation,and communication
• skills.Detail-oriented with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Preferred Attributes Experience in residential, commercial projects.
