Job Summary:Quantity Surveyor - Electrical will manage the cost planning, tendering, and contract administration for electrical installations in construction projects. With a strong foundation in electrical engineering, the role involves preparing precise cost estimates, controlling budgets, and ensuring that all electrical systems meet industry standards and client specifications.Key Responsibilities:Cost Estimation & Budgeting:Prepare detailed cost estimates and bills of quantities for electrical installations.Develop and maintain project budgets, ensuring accuracy from initial estimates to project completion.Tendering & Procurement:Assist in preparing tender documents specific to electrical works.Evaluate bids from electrical subcontractors, ensuring competitive pricing and quality standards.Contract Administration:Oversee the administration of contracts, managing changes and variations related to electrical works.Prepare interim and final accounts, ensuring financial compliance and transparency.Cost Control & Reporting:Monitor and control project expenditures for electrical components.Prepare regular reports and forecasts to highlight cost performance and potential risks.Coordination & Collaboration:Work closely with project managers, electrical engineers, and design teams to align cost plans with technical specifications.Liaise with stakeholders to address queries and support value engineering initiatives.Risk Management & Compliance:Identify potential cost-related risks in electrical projects and develop mitigation strategies.Ensure that all electrical works adhere to industry standards, safety regulations, and quality benchmarks.Qualifications & Skills:Education:Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.Certifications or additional training in quantity surveying or construction management are a plus.Experience:Experience required - 2 to 6 Years Demonstrated experience in quantity surveying, with a focus on electrical systems in construction projects.Proven track record in cost estimation, tendering and contract administration within the electrical domain.

The Front Office Executive is responsible for efficiently managing the front desk, handling inquiries, coordinating appointments, and providing exceptional administrative support. They are the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and employees, ensuring a positive and professional experience.Role & responsibilities1. Customer ServiceGreet and assist visitors, clients, and guests in a courteous and professional manner.Address inquiries and provide accurate information or direct them to the appropriate person or department.Handle and resolve complaints or concerns in a timely and effective manner.2. Communication Management:Answer and manage incoming phone calls, emails, and other forms of communication promptly and professionally.Maintain and update contact lists and directories.3. Appointment Scheduling and Coordination:Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference rooms, and maintain an organized calendar for the organization.Coordinate and confirm appointments with clients, visitors, and staff to ensure smooth operations.Provide necessary support for organizing meetings and events, including arranging refreshments and materials.4. Administrative Support:Handle administrative tasks such as photocopying, scanning, filing, and data entry to ensure smooth office operations.Manage and maintain office supplies, equipment, and inventory, and coordinate with relevant departments for replenishment.Assist in preparation and distribution of internal and external communications, reports, and presentations.5. Visitor and Access Management:Monitor and control access to the premises, ensuring security protocols are followed.Maintain a log of visitor details, and inform appropriate personnel of visitor arrivals.Maintain a neat and organized reception area to create a welcoming environment.6.
