Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Consultant Coordination

    • Liaise with international and domestic architects, MEP, structural, landscape, and other consultants to track deliverables.
    • Maintain updated logs of design submissions, approvals, and pending actions.
    • Ensure clarity of scope, timelines, and deliverables across all consultants.

Program & Deliverable Tracking

    • Prepare and monitor design deliverable schedules in sync with project milestones.
    • Highlight delays, risks, and bottlenecks to the design leadership proactively.
    • Support in preparing Go/No-Go readiness reports for design packages.

Design Interface Management

    • Serve as the first point of contact for consultants on administrative and coordination queries.
    • Escalate technical issues to design leads, ensuring they step in only where technical inputs are required.
    • Manage version control and circulation of drawings, RFIs, and design clarifications.

Documentation & Compliance

    • Oversee submission protocols (RERA, statutory approvals, client submissions).
    • Maintain digital and physical records of all design correspondences, ensuring traceability.
    • Coordinate with IPMS/digital platforms for design deliverable integration.

Stakeholder Engagement

    • Attend design and project review meetings, preparing MOMs and action trackers.
    • Work closely with project management teams to align design deliverables with site execution needs.
    • Ensure alignment with Sales, BD, and Marketing teams for design-related requirements.

Key Requirements

  • Experience:

    8-12 years in project management / design management roles, preferably in real estate developers, PMC firms, or large architectural practices.
  • Exposure:

    Hands-on experience coordinating with both international and domestic consultants across architecture, structure, MEP, and allied disciplines.
  • Knowledge:

    Understanding of design processes, statutory approval frameworks, and project lifecycle stages.

  • Skills:

    • Strong program management and follow-up ability.
    • Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder handling.
    • Proficiency in MS Project/Primavera, AutoCAD/REVIT (reading capability), and collaboration platforms (like Aconex, Asite, etc).
