Key Responsibilities

1. Security Strategy & Leadership

• Define and implement the organizations physical and electronic security framework in alignment with corporate objectives.
• Conduct risk assessments for assets, campuses, and offices to identify vulnerabilities and mitigation strategies.
• Develop annual security budgets, strategies, and investment plans.

2. Physical Security Operations

• Oversee deployment and management of security personnel across all sites.
• Establish SOPs for manned guarding, visitor management, vehicle checks, patrols, and emergency procedures.
• Monitor contractor/vendor performance and ensure compliance with SLAs.

3. Electronic Security & Technology

• Implement and maintain electronic security systems including CCTV, access control, intrusion detection, perimeter protection, fire & life safety integration, and command & control centers.
• Drive digitization of security operations using AI-enabled surveillance, IoT sensors, and predictive analytics.
• Ensure central monitoring and incident reporting through integrated platforms.

4. Crisis & Incident Management

• Lead emergency preparedness for fire, natural disasters, medical emergencies, terrorism, or workplace violence.
• Establish crisis management protocols, escalation matrices, and business continuity procedures.
• Conduct mock drills, scenario planning, and training with occupants and internal teams.

5. Compliance & Governance

• Ensure adherence to Indian security regulations, fire & life safety codes, and contractual/statutory norms.
• Integrate security protocols with QHSE, ESG, and IMS frameworks.
• Maintain liaison with law enforcement agencies, local authorities, and regulatory bodies.

6. Stakeholder Engagement

• Work closely with occupiers, facility teams, and leadership to align security with business needs.
• Provide regular reporting to the President and leadership team on threat intelligence, risks, and mitigations.
• Act as the face of security in tenant audits, certifications, and client engagements.
