Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Sourcing:

Identify and evaluate acquisition of land parcels for resorts and school development. Also evaluate leasing opportunities for leasing properties to establish Pre-school business.
Understand the by-laws and other regulations that impact the project.
Build and maintain relationships with property owners, consultants, developers, and intermediaries.

Deal Evaluation & Structuring:

Assess financial feasibility, valuations, and business potential of proposed assets/projects.
Prepare project presentations, financial models, feasibility analysis etc. for management decision-making.
Negotiate terms with property owners and other stakeholders.

Coordination:

Track market trends, regulatory policies, and competitor activities in the education and hospitality sectors.
Drive due diligence (legal, financial, and technical) for shortlisted opportunities.
Work with legal, finance, and compliance teams to structure and close transactions.
Liaise with government authorities and consultants for approvals, licenses, and clearances.

Education & Experience:

MBA (Finance/Real Estate/Business) or equivalent qualification.
6+ years of experience in acquisitions, investments, real estate, hospitality, IPC etc.
