Role Description

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Script Writer to join our full-time, on-site team in Vadodara. As a Script Writer, you will play a key role in conceptualizing and crafting engaging scripts for videos across platforms like Instagram, YouTube, and more. From ideation and research to storytelling and writing powerful hook lines — you’ll be responsible for creating scripts that grab attention and keep audiences hooked.

Responsibilities

* Research industry-specific topics, trends, and audience psychology to create relevant and impactful scripts.

* Develop strong content ideas and translate them into well-structured, engaging video scripts.

* Write clear, concise, and compelling hook lines to grab viewers’ attention within the first few seconds.

* Apply storytelling techniques to bring concepts to life and drive emotional or intellectual engagement.

* Collaborate closely with the creative, video, and strategy teams to align scripts with the overall vision and content goals.

* Understand and write in various brand tones, from educational to entertaining to persuasive.

* Edit and refine drafts based on feedback to meet creative standards and client expectations.

* Stay updated with content trends, formats, and platform-specific requirements (especially Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts).

Qualifications

* Proven experience in script writing for Instagram and YouTube. (Minimum 1 year, Preferred 2 years)

* Strong storytelling ability and a good sense of structure, flow, and dialogue.

* Excellent research skills and the ability to simplify complex topics into easy-to-understand language.

* Creativity in ideation and strong understanding of what makes content go viral.

* Ability to think from the audience’s perspective and write scripts that entertain, inform, or inspire.

* Attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.

* Proficiency in English or Hinglish (based on brand needs).
