The Role

You’ll be crafting sharp, scroll-stopping Instagram scripts for Tenbō Labs and similar Silicon Valley style tech and startup accounts.

You’ll transform ideas, insights, and trends into content that is punchy, clear, and impossible to ignore.

What You’ll Do

• Write high-impact short-form scripts for Instagram Reels
• Break down complex tech/startup topics into simple, engaging narratives
• Pitch fresh ideas, hooks, and formats
• Maintain a consistent brand voice with personality and intelligence
• Keep up with trends in tech, startups, and short-form content

What We’re Looking For

• Strong writing instincts and storytelling skills
• Experience writing for social media (especially Instagram Reels)
• Understanding of tech, startups, SaaS, or business content (a plus)
• Ability to turn abstract ideas into crisp, engaging scripts
• A bias toward clarity, simplicity, and speed
• Curiosity, ambition, and a willingness to iterate fast
