Key Responsibilities

Develop clear, engaging scripts for advertisements, social media videos, explainers, and corporate content.
Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to conceptualize and refine video ideas.
Align scripts with brand voice, audience expectations, and platform requirements.
Conduct research on subject matter, trends, audience behavior, and competitor content.
Optimize scripts based on performance insights and feedback.
Create supporting content for social media campaigns, promotional materials, and internal communication.

Required Expertise

Minimum 2 years of experience in video scriptwriting across multiple video formats.
Strong storytelling skills with a solid understanding of visual narrative flow.
Ability to adapt writing style to different audiences, brands, and platforms.
Proficiency in researching trends, audience insights, and digital content strategies.
Excellent written communication, attention to detail, and deadline-driven work ethic.
Familiarity with social media ecosystems, content performance, and algorithm-aware scripting.
