Key Responsibilities: - Research industry-specific topics, trends, and audience psychology to create impactful scripts. - Develop content ideas and convert them into well-structured video scripts. - Craft clear, concise, and compelling hook lines to capture viewers" attention quickly. - Utilize storytelling techniques to enhance concepts and evoke emotional or intellectual responses. - Collaborate with creative, video, and strategy teams to align scripts with overall vision and goals. - Write in various brand tones, from educational to entertaining to persuasive. - Edit and refine drafts based on feedback to meet creative standards and client expectations. - Stay updated on content trends, formats, and platform-specific requirements for Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts. Qualifications: - 1-3 years of proven experience in content writing, script writing, or copywriting preferred. - Strong storytelling skills with a good grasp of structure, flow, and dialogue. - Excellent research abilities and the knack for simplifying complex topics for easy understanding. - Creative ideation skills and understanding of viral content principles. - Audience-centric mindset to craft scripts that entertain, inform, or inspire. - Attention to detail and ability to work within tight deadlines. - Proficiency in English or Hinglish as per brand requirements.
