At Pecking Socials, we craft UGC ads that sell not just look pretty. Our reels convert, our hooks stop scrolls, and our content is rooted in strategy and backed by business logic. We’re a fast-growing performance agency helping D2C brands and service businesses scale using high-converting video creatives on Meta platforms. What You’ll Be Doing: Scriptwriting for UGC Video Ads Write short-form, high-performing scripts (15s, 30s, 60s) for Meta Ads, Reels, YouTube Shorts. Craft strong hooks, and conversion-first storytelling. Highlight brand USPs, and write clear CTAs. Adapt tone and message as per each brand’s voice and campaign goal. What We’re Looking For: Fluent in Hindi and English – storytelling, scripting, and conversational flow. 1–2 years of experience in scriptwriting, ad writing, or content creation. Deep understanding of UGC, short-form content, and Meta ad trends. Proven ability to write viral hooks, product-first stories, and persuasive CTAs. Basic understanding of video structure. Bonus Points If You Have: Worked with D2C brands or in a performance marketing setup. Minimum experience of 1 yr in writing for UGC creators, or ad agencies. Why Join Pecking Socials?
