What You’ll Be Doing: Scriptwriting for UGC Video Ads Write short-form, high-performing scripts (15s, 30s, 60s) for Meta Ads, Reels, YouTube Shorts. Craft strong hooks, and conversion-first storytelling. Highlight brand USPs, and write clear CTAs. Adapt tone and message as per each brand’s voice and campaign goal. What We’re Looking For: Fluent in Hindi and English – storytelling, scripting, and conversational flow. 1–2 years of experience in scriptwriting, ad writing, or content creation. Deep understanding of UGC, short-form content, and Meta ad trends. Proven ability to write viral hooks, product-first stories, and persuasive CTAs. Basic understanding of video structure.
