As a Content Strategist & Script Writer at Pecking Socials, you will be responsible for developing scripts and content strategies for UGC ads, personal branding, and social media clients. You will write engaging and trend-driven scripts for videos and ads, oversee content scheduling, collaborate with the team to align content with client goals, and track content performance to suggest improvements for better results. To excel in this role, you should have a knack for storytelling and creating impactful scripts, a strong understanding of social media trends, content strategies, and marketing fundamentals, and confidence in speaking on camera or contributing to content creation. Familiarity with platforms like Instagram and YouTube is a plus, and great organizational and communication skills are essential. Prior experience in writing short-form content, reels, shorts, ads, and scriptwriting is a plus.
