Script Writer

As a Content Strategist & Script Writer at Pecking Socials, you will be responsible for creating compelling scripts for UGC video ads on Meta and Youtube platforms. Your role will involve writing short-form scripts of varying lengths (30s, 60s, or long format) that drive conversions, engage viewers with strong hooks, and align with each brand's voice and campaign objectives. Key Responsibilities: - Write high-performing scripts for Meta and Youtube Ads that highlight brand USPs and include clear CTAs. - Craft strong hooks and conversion-first storytelling to capture audience attention. - Adapt tone and message according to each brand's voice and campaign goal. Qualifications Required: - Fluent in Hindi and English with expertise in storytelling, scripting, and conversational flow. - Minimum 1 year of experience in scriptwriting, ad writing, and content creation. - Deep understanding of UGC, short-form content, and Meta ad trends. - Proven ability to create viral hooks, product-first stories, and persuasive CTAs. - Basic understanding of video structure. If you have prior experience working with D2C brands or in a performance marketing setup, it would be considered a bonus. Additionally, a minimum of 1 year of experience in writing for UGC creators or ad agencies is desirable.
