Position: School Relationship Officer (Admissions and Social Media)


Location: Kausa - Shil, Thane (Full-time, On-site)


Experience: 2-3 years in school environment preferred

Role Overview: This is a full-time, on-site role for a dynamic Relationship Officer who will serve as a key point of contact for prospective families and stakeholders. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships, managing the admissions process, driving enrolment growth through strategic sales and marketing efforts, and enhancing our social media presence to showcase our school's values and achievements.




Key Responsibilities:


Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective parents, students, and educational stakeholders

Manage end-to-end admissions process including inquiries, campus tours, documentation, and enrolment

Act as primary point of contact for queries, understanding stakeholder needs and ensuring exceptional customer service

Drive sales and identify opportunities to achieve enrolment targets and institutional goals

Manage financial interactions related to admissions including fee collection and payment coordination

Develop and execute social media strategy across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)

Create engaging content showcasing school activities, achievements, events, and our educational philosophy

Respond to inquiries on social media and manage online reputation effectively

Organize open houses, admission drives, and community engagement events

Maintain comprehensive admissions database and generate regular reports for management

Work collaboratively with academic and administrative teams to enhance satisfaction and engagement

Required Qualifications:


Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, Mass Media or related field

2-3 years of experience in school admissions, business relationship management, or similar customer-facing role

Fluency in English (spoken and written) & Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Strong understanding of social media platforms and content creation

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Proven experience in sales and customer service is preferred

Outcome-oriented approach with ability to meet enrolment targets

Ability to multitask and work effectively in a dynamic, collaborative environment
