Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Financial Reporting & Analysis: Prepare monthly/quarterly/annual financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and variance reports; analyze data for trends and provide insights.
Budget Management: Collaborate on annual budgets, monitor spending, and report progress to stakeholders.
Day-to-Day Operations: Manage accounts payable (invoices, payments), accounts receivable (fees, revenue), bank reconciliations, and petty cash.
Payroll: Administer payroll, ensuring accuracy and timely payments, deductions, and tax compliance.
Compliance & Audit: Ensure adherence to financial laws, regulations (tax, VAT), and internal controls; assist with audits and implement recommendations.
Financial Systems: Maintain accounting records and software, providing support and training to other staff.
Stakeholder Support: Provide financial advice, attend board/management meetings, and report to the Bursar/Headmaster/Directors.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
