Mandatory Skills:

• Proficient in professional English & Hindi communication (spoken & written)
• Proficient in working on computers (MS Office, email, Google Sheets)
• Familiarity with cloud-based ERP tools ( Campus365 or willing to learn)
• Working knowledge of Bookkeeping and accounting and Tally ERP
• Must be detail-oriented, reliable, ethical and solution-driven

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Day-to day accounting through ERP (cloud based) for school and Trust.
• School fees collection, staff salary disbursal and vendor payments.
• Budget planning and reporting for School operations.
• Prepare monthly and annual financial reports in compliance with CBSE and government regulations.
• Liaison with CA for tax, TDS, audit and compliances relating to trust.
• Maintain confidentiality of financial data and ensure data security.
• Zero breach of confidentiality or non-disclosure agreements (NDAs); data security policies and controls

Qualification & Experience

• Bachelor of Commerce( B.Com) or Similar Finance degree
• Master of Commerce (M.Com) preferred

2-4 years experience in School/ NGO having ERP based accounting
