Job Description

Avadh Naresh International School is hiring a Skilled Finance & Accounting Coordinator to manage end-to-end financial operations for both School as well as the Trust.

This role is essential in supporting our modern ERP system, maintaining accurate financial records and enabling transparent reporting to our Indian and International teams.

Role & responsibilities-

Day to Day accounting through Campus365 ERP ( cloud-based)
School Fees collection, staff salary and vendor payments
Budget planning and reporting for School operations
Financial documentation for Trust compliance , audits and donors.
Real-time updates via. Google sheets and Excel dashboard
Liaison with CA for tax, TDS, audit and compliance for trust

Preferred candidate profile

Strong Computer Literacy ( Google sheets, MS Excel, Emails)
Familiarity with cloud-based ERP tools ( Campus365 or willingness to learn)
Book-keeping and strong accounting knowledge
Working knowledge of Tally or Zoho books preferred
Must be detail-oriented, reliable, ethical and solution driven.

Qualification & Experience-

B.Com/M.com or similar Finance degree
2-4 years experience in School/ NGO/ ERP- based accounting
Fluent in Hindi and Basic Working English ( For emails and reports)

Salary and Perks-

Rs. 20,000-25,000/ month (Based on experience)
