Key Responsibilities Data Science Leadership : Utilize in-depth knowledge of data science and data analytics to architect and drive strategic initiatives across departments. Stakeholder Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams to define and implement data strategies aligned with business objectives. Model Development : Design, build, and deploy predictive models and machine learning algorithms to solve complex business problems and uncover actionable insights. Integration and Implementation : Collaborate with IT and domain experts to ensure smooth integration of data science models into existing business workflows and systems. Innovation and Optimization : Continuously evaluate new data tools, methodologies, and technologies to enhance analytical capabilities and operational efficiency. Data Governance : Promote data quality, consistency, and security standards across the organization. Required Qualifications Bachelors or Masters Degree in Economics, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field. A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in data analysis, data science, or analytics roles. At least 3 years of direct experience as a Data Scientist, preferably in enterprise or analytics lab environments. Possession of at least one recognized data science certification, such as : Certified Analytics Professional (CAP) Google Professional Data Engineer Proficiency in data visualization and storytelling tools and libraries, such as Matplotlib, Seaborn, and Tableau. Strong foundation in statistical modeling and risk analytics, with proven experience building and validating such models. Preferred Skills And Attributes Strong programming skills in Python, R, or similar languages. Experience with cloud-based analytics platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure). Familiarity with data engineering concepts and tools (e.g., SQL, Spark, Hadoop). Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
