Job Description

We are looking for a skilled professional to join our team as a Manager in the Strategy and Transaction Advisory division, focusing on Mergers and Acquisitions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in this area and be able to drive business growth through strategic planning and transaction advisory services.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement comprehensive strategies to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
Provide expert advice on mergers and acquisitions, including due diligence, valuation, and post-merger integration.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings.
Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to inform business decisions.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams.
Identify and mitigate risks associated with transactions, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in strategy consulting, preferably in the IT Services & Consulting industry.
Strong understanding of mergers and acquisitions, including financial modeling, valuation methods, and deal structuring.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience managing teams or projects.
Bachelor's degree in any discipline; an MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
