Job Description

The Assistant Manager for Roto Moulding, designated as the Production In-Charge, is responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of production operations to ensure efficient, safe, and high-quality output. This role involves planning, coordinating, and supervising production activities, optimizing resources, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. The Production In-Charge will lead a team to achieve production targets while maintaining compliance with safety and quality standards. They will be tasked with troubleshooting production issues, setting up machines, and optimizing output to increase efficiency and utilization. Additionally, the role requires effective material handling, ensuring the right materials are used at the right time, and minimizing waste through recycling without compromising quality. The Assistant Manager will also oversee maintenance schedules and ensure adherence to safety and compliance protocols.
