SAP VIM S4 HANA Consultant

We are seeking a skilled SAP VIM S4 HANA Consultant with 8-10 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Invoice Capture Center, Invoice Processing, and VIM implementation on ECC and S4/HANA environments. This role requires expertise in solution design, system configuration, testing, user training, and support for SAP VIM modules.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and support SAP Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) using Invoice Capture Center, Field Capture, and Invoice Processing modules.
  
• Configure and manage DP document types, Archive Document types, Process types, and Process options.
  
• Handle invoice approval processes, parked invoice resolution, and blocked invoice resolution.
  
• Provide support and enhancements for RFCs raised by clients.
  
• Lead VIM implementation projects on ECC and S4/HANA systems, including ECC to S4/HANA migration/upgrade and on-premises to cloud migration.
  
• Conduct system requirement study, design solutions, configure systems, and perform system testing.
  
• Provide user training and documentation related to VIM processes.
  
• Manage data conversion and system integration activities.
  
• Provide second and third level system support for day-to-day operations, including incident resolution and change request implementations in Plant Maintenance.
  

Mandatory Skills:

• Expertise in Invoice Capture Center, Setup, Field Capture, Invoice Processing
  
• Knowledge of DP document types, Archive Document types, Process types, Process options
  
• Strong understanding of Document Processing and Invoice Approval processes
  
• Experience with Parked and Blocked Invoice resolution
  
• Proven track record in SAP VIM implementation and migration projects (ECC to S4/HANA and on-premises to cloud)
