Job Description

Job Role: SAP S/4 HANA _ Finance domain lead (FICO) Technical lead

Location: Pune

Experience: 8-12 Years

Lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA Finance (FICO) implementations, upgrades, and support projects.
Drive solution design, configuration, and integration of FI and CO modules with other SAP areas.
Conduct requirement gathering sessions with business stakeholders and translate needs into system solutions.
Oversee configuration of key finance processes: GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Banking, Controlling, COPA, and Product Costing.
Ensure alignment of S/4HANA best practices with business processes and compliance standards.
Manage cross-functional teams, coordinate with technical and functional consultants, and ensure timely project delivery.
Lead fit-gap analysis, testing (SIT & UAT), data migration, and cutover activities.
Provide expert-level support, troubleshoot critical issues, and recommend improvements.
Prepare project documentation, training materials, and facilitate user training sessions.
Act as the primary point of contact for finance process owners and senior management.
