Job Description

As a SAP SF Consultant with 6 to 8 years of experience in SAP, your role in this contract position based in Dubai onsite will involve the following key responsibilities: - Possessing at least 6 years of SAP SuccessFactors experience. - Demonstrating a track record of completing a minimum of 3 end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors ECP implementations, including integration experience with SF EC and SAP Finance Systems. - Conducting configuration changes to business processes. - Updating/developing custom solutions, reports, and workflows. - Supporting functional integration. - Utilizing knowledge of database tables/data elements in SAP for data extraction, mapping, and transformation. - Having familiarity with SAP Activate Methodology. - Demonstrating strong communication and presentation skills. - Providing business consulting for customers. - Delivering training and creating training materials. - Offering post go-live support in issue resolution. You will play a crucial role in leveraging your in-depth SAP SF expertise to support the successful implementation of SAP SuccessFactors solutions for clients.
