SAP SuccessFactor (EC) Consultant

Orane Consulting Pvt Ltd is seeking a seasoned SAP SF consultant to join the dynamic team, as leaders in SAP services and digital transformation. Your role will involve a deep understanding of HCM functionalities within SAP. Key Responsibilities: - 3+ relevant years of experience in SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) Core, EC-Benefits, Time Off, Timesheet, and knowledge in integration with S4HANA and other 3rd Party tools. - At least 2 End to End implementation experiences in SF Employee Central with Time Off & Timesheet and Benefits. - Understanding business processes related to Core HR. - Strong experience in EC implementation projects and collaborative work with teams across remote locations. - Good interpersonal and organizational skills with effective communication abilities for both technical and non-technical customers. - Proficient in handling Succession and Corporate Data models, configuring MDF, Foundation objects. - Experience in creating workflows, Business rules to meet business needs. - EC reporting, Creating adhoc/advanced reports. - Integration experience with other modules like RCM, PMGM, etc. - Ability to translate customer needs into technical requirements. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field. - Certification in SAP SuccessFactors is required. - Proven experience in SAP SF consultancy focusing on recruitment, onboarding, and employee central processes. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to translate business requirements into technical solutions. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and clients.
