Job Summary

The Sr. Developer role is crucial for designing and implementing advanced solutions within SuccessFactors modules specifically focusing on Employee Central and Time Management. The candidate will leverage their expertise in SF ECTimeOffTimeSheet and P2PReplication to enhance system efficiency. This hybrid position requires collaboration across teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement solutions within SuccessFactors Employee Central focusing on TimeOff and TimeSheet functionalities to optimize user experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of P2PReplication and EmpCentrlPayroll configurations enhancing system efficiency.
  • Provide technical expertise in configuring and customizing SuccessFactors modules to meet business requirements and improve operational workflows.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot system issues ensuring timely resolution to maintain high system performance and user satisfaction.
  • Oversee the implementation of new features and updates within the SuccessFactors platform ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
  • Conduct regular system audits and performance evaluations to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions for end-users to enhance their understanding and utilization of SuccessFactors functionalities.
  • Monitor system performance and provide recommendations for optimization ensuring the platform meets evolving business needs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications for system enhancements.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in system configuration and data management.
  • Provide support and guidance to junior developers fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
  • Utilize domain skills in User Access & Identity Management to enhance security protocols and user access controls within the system.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve system capabilities and user experience.


Qualifications

  • Demonstrate proficiency in SF ECTimeOffTimeSheet and P2PReplication showcasing a strong understanding of system configuration and integration.
  • Exhibit expertise in EmpCentrlPayroll ensuring accurate and efficient payroll processing within the SuccessFactors platform.
  • Possess knowledge in SuccessFactors Employee Central with a focus on enhancing system functionalities and user experience.
  • Have experience in User Access & Identity Management contributing to robust security measures and access controls.
  • Show ability to work in a hybrid model effectively collaborating with teams both remotely and on-site.
  • Display strong analytical and problem-solving skills ensuring timely resolution of system issues.
  • Maintain excellent communication skills facilitating effective collaboration and knowledge sharing across teams.
