We MiNdLiNkS IT Consulting are looking for Any HR, Recruitment, Payroll Domain experienced resources having 2-12 years of experience and willing work from home (WFH) in a reputed MNC in a permanent position and by Upskilling with SuccessFactors ECP(Employee Central Payroll) Module. This is a WORKBENCH Hiring Program, where we train you and let you to work in our internal project, which is Task-Based and Role-Specific Program and we hire for our US, UAE and Australian MNC Clients under the 90 DAYS UPHIRING Program. We have continuous requirements on SuccessFactors ECP for Fresher and experienced resources. These are Permanent Positions and 100% of salary hike will be provided at minimum and joining bonus will be a plus. Monday to Friday and IST hours are preferred to work. Having minimum graduation and good communicational skills and team working spirit is added advantage.

Participate in end-to-end implementation of SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll.
Configure and customize ECP modules to meet client requirements.
Work with clients to gather business requirements and translate them into system solutions.
Provide functional expertise, guidance, and support for Employee Central Payroll processes.
Design payroll processes and identify opportunities for process optimization.
Handle data migration activities, including data mapping, validation, and testing.
Develop and execute test plans and test cases.
Support integration between SuccessFactors Employee Central and Payroll with other systems (SAP or third-party).
Resolve issues related to data integration, payroll calculations, and system configuration.
Work closely with clients and internal teams to provide post-implementation support.
Conduct workshops and training sessions for clients on SuccessFactors ECP functionalities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
Maintain documentation for functional designs, configuration details, test plans, and user guides.
Ensure compliance with regional and country-specific payroll requirements and regulations.
Hands-on experience with SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll configuration.
Knowledge of SAP Payroll processes and local statutory requirements.
Strong understanding of integration methods with SAP ERP and other systems (such as BIB, APIs, middleware).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking capabilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
