Job Description

You will be joining PwC's business application consulting team, where you will focus on providing consulting services for SAP Human Capital Management (HCM) applications. Your responsibilities will include analyzing client requirements, implementing HCM software solutions, and providing training and support for seamless integration and utilization of SAP HCM applications. By working in this area, you will enable clients to optimize their human resources processes, enhance talent management, and achieve their strategic objectives. **Key Responsibilities:** - Candidate must have at least 5-7 or more Employee Central end-to-end implementations or support projects. - Project experience should include working on MDF and Foundation objects, Associations, business rules, workflows, data models, Picklists, Role-based permissions, Instance sync, Release management, Position Management, Global Assignment, Translations, Reporting, and excellent knowledge of XML. - Experience in EC Time Off is required. - Strong process knowledge and solutioning skills are necessary. - Preferred knowledge includes experience in preparation and execution of Test Scenarios, Test scripts, and Cutover activities, as well as being able to prioritize and meet tight deadlines in a high visibility environment while identifying and scoping new opportunities. - Good exposure to employee central process and functionalities, as well as experience in country-specific requirement gathering and configuration. - Good knowledge of RBP and experience in Business Rules, Intelligent Services. - Must-have skills: Instance sync, Release management, Position Management, Global Assignments, Reporting, excellent knowledge of XML, Pre-sales experience of responding to proposals, giving estimates, functional knowledge to manage client relationships within the context of the individual role, good knowledge of Fit Gap Analysis, and Requirement gathering. - Certification in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central is required. - Good-to-have skills: Should be good in team handling and have knowledge of Extension Center, exposure to set up standard third party. **Qualifications Required:** - Degree or Postgraduate preferably with HR specialization. **Additional Details of the Company**: - Travel Requirements: Travel to client locations may be required as per project requirements. - Line of Service: Advisory. - Horizontal: Technology Consulting. - Designation: Manager. - Location: Bangalore, Hyderabad, Mumbai, Kolkata.,
