SAP Service Cloud Consultant

What You'll Do:

• Lead or contribute to full lifecycle SAP Service Cloud implementation projects – from requirement gathering, blueprinting, and configuration to testing, deployment, and hyper care support
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to analyze service operations and translate requirements into scalable SAP Service Cloud and S/4HANA Private Cloud solutions
• Configure key service functionalities including tickets, SLAs, routing rules, workflows, notifications, and omnichannel support
• Design and implement integrations between SAP Service Cloud and SAP S/4HANA Private Cloud using SAP Cloud Integration (CPI) or other middleware (PI/PO, BTP, etc.)
• Customize and enhance SAP Service Cloud using SDK, PDI/Scripting, Mashups, and Web Services (SOAP/REST)
• Execute data migration using Data Workbench and other tools; coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Develop training materials and conduct sessions for end-users and support staff
  

What You Bring:

• 10+ years of overall SAP experience with a minimum of 5+ years in SAP Service Cloud/C4C (Service)
• Strong grasp of customer service processes, including case/ticket management, SLA management, and omnichannel communication
• Hands-on expertise in configuring business roles, workflows, UI adaptations, and screen flows
• Proven experience with integrations involving SAP S/4HANA Private Cloud using SAP CPI, PI/PO, or APIs (OData, SOAP, REST)
• Familiarity with master data replication, transactional integration, and middleware mappings between C4C and S/4HANA
• Knowledge of SAP Service Cloud SDK and extensibility options
• SAP Certification in Service Cloud or S/4HANA (preferred)
• Experience with customer self-service portals, Fiori apps, or BTP-based solutions is advantageous
