Job Description

Job Description: You have a minimum of 7 years of experience in Support, maintenance, and implementation projects, specifically in Role administration & User administration in SAP GRC and SAP SECURITY. Your technical expertise includes SAP ECC, CRM, BW, BIBO, EP, CUA, HANA, BOBJ, S4HANA, and Fiori. You possess experience in GRC Access Control support/implementation and have knowledge in SoD remediation, Process control, and Automations, which will be an added advantage. You are capable of working independently without any supervision. Role Overview: As an Infoscion, your primary role involves diagnosing customer issues, designing innovative solutions, and facilitating deployment to ensure client satisfaction. You will be responsible for developing proposals, contributing to solution design, configuring products, conducting pilots, resolving queries, conducting demonstrations, and preparing effort estimates. Additionally, you will lead small projects, provide value-adding solutions to customers, and contribute to organizational initiatives. Key Responsibilities: - Define business requirements and role build - Conduct configuration activities and product demonstrations - Develop value-creating strategies for clients - Lead small projects and contribute to organizational initiatives - Assess current processes, identify improvement areas, and suggest technology solutions - Interact with clients and manage projects and teams effectively Qualifications Required: - Minimum 7 years of experience in Support, maintenance, and implementation projects - Technical expertise in SAP ECC, CRM, BW, BIBO, EP, CUA, HANA, BOBJ, S4HANA, Fiori - Experience in GRC Access Control support/implementation - Ability to work independently without supervision - Knowledge in SoD remediation, Process control, and Automations (preferred) - Good knowledge of software configuration management systems - Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills - Client interfacing skills - Project and team management experience Location: Multiple locations across India, including Bangalore, Pune, Hyderabad, Chennai, and others. While assignments are based on business requirements, efforts will be made to accommodate your location preferences.,
