Key Responsibilities

- Lead and support SAP SD module implementations, enhancements, and support activities

- Configure and maintain core SD functionalities: pricing, billing, shipping, credit management, and order processing

- Design and implement EDI solutions for order processing, invoicing, shipping notices, and other business documents

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration between SAP and external EDI systems

- Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SD and EDI transactions

- Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT)

- Provide training and documentation to end-users and stakeholders

- Stay updated on SAP and EDI best practices and recommend process improvements

Required Skills & Qualifications

6+ years of hands-on experience in SAP SD module

- Strong expertise in EDI processes and standards (e.g., ANSI X12, EDIFACT)

- Experience with IDocs, partner profiles, message types, and EDI middleware

- Solid understanding of order-to-cash business processes

- Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills - Experience in SAP S/4HANA environment

- Exposure to other SAP modules (MM, FI, WM)

- Familiarity with Agile or hybrid project methodologies
