Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

Project Leadership:

• Lead SAP S/4HANA SD module implementation and enhancement projects.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring adherence to schedules and cost constraints.
  

Technical Expertise:

• Configure and customize the SAP S/4HANA SD module to meet business requirements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the SD module.
• Provide expert guidance on best practices and industry standards.
  

Business Analysis:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
• Conduct workshops and training sessions for end-users and other IT staff.
• Document functional specifications and create test cases for new implementations and updates.
  

Maintenance and Support:

• Monitor the performance of the SD module and perform necessary maintenance.
• Provide ongoing support and training to users.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
  

Continuous Improvement:

• Stay updated with the latest SAP S/4HANA SD features and industry trends.
• Propose and implement improvements to current systems and processes.
  

Qualifications:

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
  

Experience:

• Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in SAP SD module Implementation and support.
• Proven experience with SAP S/4HANA.
• Project management experience is highly desirable.
  

Technical Skills:

• Deep understanding of SAP S/4HANA SD module functionalities.
• Proficient in SAP SD configuration and customization.
• Knowledge of integration points with other SAP modules (MM, PP, FICO, etc.).
• Experience with SAP Fiori applications is a plus.
  

Soft Skills:

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead and mentor a team.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• SAP S/4HANA certification.
• Experience in the manufacturing or retail industry.
• Knowledge of SAP Activate methodology.
