SAP S4Hana Solution Architect

Role- SAP S4Hana Solution Architect

Experience - 10 Years (5yrs into S4Hana)

Location- Noida (WFO)

Candidates must have hands-on S/4HANA experience and proposal writing exposure, have done customer-facing roles (pre-sales, consulting, solution design) over purely delivery profiles and ensure that the candidate has broad module exposure, not limited to a single SAP domain.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct discovery workshops with customers to understand current landscape, pain points, and desired outcomes.
• Design end-to-end S/4HANA solutions covering core modules (Finance, Logistics, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, etc.).
• Support pre-sales activities, including RFP/RFI responses, solution documents, effort estimates, and presentations.
• Ensure proposed solutions are scalable, cost-effective, and aligned with best practices.
• Collaborate with internal delivery teams to validate feasibility.
• Stay updated on SAP roadmap, industry trends, and competitive landscape.

Required Skills & Experience

• 10+ years in SAP, with 5 years in S/4HANA solution design or architecture.
• Strong understanding of S/4HANA architecture, deployment models (on-prem, cloud, hybrid).
• Experience in proposal writing and bid management support.
• Good understanding of integration touchpoints with other applications
• Familiarity with SAP implementation methodologies.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.

Nice-to-Have

• SAP certifications (Solution Architect / Application Associate).
• Industry-specific solution experience (Pharma, Manufacturing, BFSI, Retail).
• Prior experience in a consulting or pre-sales role.
