Position Overview

SAP SD (Sales and Distribution)

SAP S/4HANA

6+ years of hands-on consulting experience

Key Responsibilities

Business Process Analysis:

• Analyze and understand business requirements in the areas of sales, distribution, and customer service.
• Facilitate workshops to gather and document requirements.
• Identify process gaps and recommend optimal SAP-based solutions.
  

SAP SD Configuration

• Design and configure SAP SD modules to meet evolving business needs.
• Develop functional specifications and map business processes to SAP SD functionalities.
• Perform configuration, testing, and validation of SAP SD solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP SD operations.
  

Cross-functional Collaboration

• Serve as a liaison between business users and technical teams.
• Document functional designs, test cases, and results.
• Participate in the delivery of small to medium-sized SAP projects.
• Collaborate with other SAP module consultants (e.g., MM, FI), developers, and project managers.
• Mentor junior team members and share best practices.
  

Skills & Competencies

• Strong expertise in SAP SD (Sales Order Management, Pricing, Billing, Customer Service).
• Deep understanding of SAP ERP integration with SD and other modules.
• Proficient in SAP S/4HANA environments.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
• Experience with Agile project methodologies and testing tools.
  

Preferred Additional Experience

• Exposure to SAP FICO processes and troubleshooting.
• Previous involvement in system implementation, upgrade, or rollout projects.
• SAP certification or formal training (preferred but not mandatory).
  

Educational Qualifications

• Required: Bachelor’s Degree
• Preferred: Master’s Degree
