Role Description

S/4 HANA Full Stack Developer

In this role, the developer will be responsible for designing, coding, and implementing front-end and back-end components of S/4 HANA-based applications. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, debugging, integrating third-party tools, optimizing application performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless application functionality. Attention to detail and a commitment to writing clean and efficient code are essential for success in this position.

Qualifications

• Expertise in

  Back-End Web Development

  , including the ability to design and implement server-side systems and architecture
• Proficiency in

  Front-End Development

  with skills in technologies such as Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) for building user interfaces
• Experience in Software Development and Full-Stack Development, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of both front-end and back-end integration
• Problem-solving attitude and the ability to bring innovative solutions to complex technical challenges
• Familiarity with

  S/4 HANA development tools and methodologies

  , or willingness to undergo training in this specialized domain
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively interact with team members and stakeholders
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Key Tasks and Activities:

• Transform traditional ABAP programs in legacy SAP system into S/4 HANA architecture.
• Design, Develop and test ABAP Programs in S/4 HANA according to latest standards

  (AMDP, CDS, etc)

  .
• Design, Develop and maintain SAP UI5 / Fiori applications consistent with the UI framework of the company.
• Adobe forms development in S/4 HANA (Online and Offline scenarios)
• Work with the IT solution leaders to develop wire-frame models and UI prototypes
• Compile Technical Specification document for all the developments.
• End to end testing of all applications

Key Skills/Knowledge Required:

• Hands on technical developer
• Able to demonstrate recent projects delivered
• Ability to translate business requirements into documentation and code
• Minimum

  3-5 years of OO ABAP development experience in a complex landscape

• Minimum

  2-3 years of han

  ds-on development experience in S/4 HANA (ODATA, AMDP, CDS, BRF+, HANA Proxy objects,BTP)
• Minimum

  2-3 years of hands-on Fiori/UI5 development experience (WebIDE, BTP, VS)

• Strong debugging skills on Fiori/UI5
• Strong oral/written communication skills.

Other Information:

Experience in Low Code Development (OutSystems), Automation, Orchestration (Workato), AI and Big Data (Google). Presentation skills, engagement with business stakeholders and executives to explain complex issues in simple form. Critical thinking and able to troubleshoot code errors, business process failures and operational issues during technical go-live would all be a distinct advantage.
