Role Overview

SAP PS Consultant

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements for project system processes.
• Configure SAP PS for

  Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), Networks, Milestones, Cost Planning, Budgeting, and Settlements

  .
• Integrate PS with other SAP modules (FI/CO, MM, SD, PP).
• Develop and support

  project reporting and dashboards

  .
• Provide end-user training and prepare functional documentation.
• Support go-live, post-implementation stabilization, and change requests.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver business solutions.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of

  SAP PS module configuration

  and

  integration points

  with FI/CO, MM, SD, and PP.
• Hands-on experience in

  WBS, Networks, Costing, Resource Planning, and Project Settlements

  .
• Good understanding of

  project costing, budgeting, and controlling

  in SAP.
• Knowledge of

  CATS (Cross-Application Time Sheet)

  integration with PS (preferred).
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to conduct workshops, training sessions, and prepare functional specifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in

  Engineering, IT, or Business Administration

  .
• Minimum

  5 years of SAP PS experience

  with at least

  2 end-to-end implementations

  .
• SAP PS certification (preferred).
