SAP Project Manager

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 8–18 years of total experience, with at least 6-8 years in SAP project management.
• Strong knowledge of SAP ECC or S/4HANA environments.
• Proven experience managing mid-to-large SAP programs.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capability.
• PMP / PRINCE2 / SAP Activate certification (preferred).
• Experience working with global teams is an advantage.

Key ResponsibilitiesProject Management & Delivery

• Lead full lifecycle SAP projects (implementation, upgrade, rollout, support).
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, resource planning, and quality control.
• Prepare and maintain project plans, schedules, and status reports.
• Ensure project milestones, deliverables, and KPIs are met.
• Drive issue resolution and risk mitigation strategies.

Stakeholder & Team Management

• Work closely with internal teams, clients, and vendors to gather requirements and align expectations.
• Manage cross-functional SAP consultant teams across modules (FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, HR, ABAP, Basis, etc.).
• Facilitate workshops, status meetings, and steering committee presentations.
• Ensure smooth communication among all stakeholders.

Functional & Technical Understanding

• Strong understanding of SAP business processes and integration across modules.
• Ability to review functional/technical specifications and provide guidance.
• Support the team with requirement clarification and solution validation.

Quality, Governance & Compliance

• Ensure project governance, documentation, and adherence to SAP best practices.
• Drive UAT, SIT, cutover planning, and go-live activities.
• Establish change management and training plans.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹969,565.92 - ₹2,347,967.65 per year
