SAP Platform Director

This high-impact leadership role reports directly to the Global CIO and will play a key part in shaping and evolving the company's SAP ecosystem to support long-term growth and agility.

• Oversee full lifecycle management of SAP platforms across on-prem and cloud (RISE with SAP)

• Ensure secure, compliant, and scalable platform performance

• Lead internal teams and external vendors to support SAP Basis and platform operations

• Define and deliver SAP technical roadmaps and transformation initiatives

• Drive continuous improvement, automation, and cost optimisation strategies

• Act as a strategic advisor to SAP functional leads and business stakeholders

• Lead key SAP programs including upgrades, integrations, and cloud migration efforts
  

• 7+ years of SAP Basis/Platform experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role

• S/4HANA

• Proven track record of managing complex SAP landscapes in global environments

• Strong knowledge of system performance tuning, integrations (PI/PO), and compliance standards

• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills

• Experience in large ERP transformation programs

• Fluency in English (additional European languages like French or Italian a plus)
