Application Lead

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of solutions using

  SAP Process Orchestration (PO/PI)

  and

  APIs

• Act as a subject matter expert (SME) and operate independently across all phases of the development lifecycle.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define the technical scope of projects.
• Drive and contribute to team discussions, offering innovative solutions to complex integration challenges.
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior team members.
• Conduct code reviews, ensure quality control, and enforce adherence to development standards and best practices.
• Monitor performance and optimize integrations for reliability and scalability.
• Engage with stakeholders and ensure smooth project delivery within defined timelines.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must-Have Skills:

• Proficiency in

  SAP PO/PI

  (Process Orchestration/Process Integration) and

  API Development

  .
• Solid understanding of

  integration architecture

  , messaging protocols, and middleware frameworks.
• Hands-on experience in developing and configuring scalable, secure, and efficient integration solutions.
• Experience with

  RESTful APIs

  , SOAP Web Services, XML/JSON, and related technologies.
• Strong debugging, performance tuning, and problem-solving skills.

Good to Have:

• Knowledge of SAP CPI (Cloud Platform Integration) and integration with cloud-based services.
• Exposure to DevOps tools and practices related to application integration.
