Job Description

Role Overview: As a Systems/Information Technology professional at Cummins Inc., you will be responsible for analyzing and evaluating application functionality to enhance business processes and capabilities. Your role will involve analyzing application functionality, configuring applications, staying updated on emerging application trends, identifying solutions for application functionality gaps, building relationships with vendors, collaborating with stakeholders, serving as a subject matter expert, and creating and managing functional specifications for projects. Key Responsibilities: - Analyzing application functionality and providing recommendations for utilizing standard application features effectively. - Configuring applications to meet functional requirements and specifications. - Staying updated on emerging application trends and providing functional recommendations. - Identifying and recommending solutions for application functionality gaps. - Building strong relationships with vendors to improve application functionality. - Collaborating with various stakeholders to gather and document functional requirements. - Serving as a subject matter expert on assigned applications for projects and support. - Creating and managing functional specifications for projects. Qualifications Required: - A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field. - SAP experience in modules such as MM, PP, LE, EWM, with certification in at least 2 modules. - Experience with non-SAP systems integrations using Mulesoft or other middleware. - Experience in industries such as Automotive, Manufacturing, Retail, or Distribution. *Note: No additional company details were present in the provided job description.,
