Job Description

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled SAP HCM Time Management Professional to manage and optimize our organization's time management processes using SAP's Human Capital Management (HCM) module. This role involves configuring and maintaining time-related functionalities, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and integrating time data with payroll and other HR processes.

Key Responsibilities

Configuration & Implementation
: Set up and maintain time management features such as work schedules, absence quotas, time evaluation schemas, and payroll integration.
System Optimization
: Monitor and enhance system performance, ensuring efficient time data processing and reporting.
Compliance & Reporting
: Ensure adherence to legal regulations and company policies regarding working hours, overtime, and leave entitlements.
Integration
: Collaborate with other SAP modules (e.g., Personnel Administration, Payroll) to ensure seamless data flow and accurate reporting.
User Support & Training
: Provide training and support to end-users, addressing queries and troubleshooting issues related to time management functionalities.
Documentation
: Maintain detailed documentation of configurations, processes, and changes to support audits and future enhancements.
